1. Though have on-job training, it doesn't refer to the training department. The training department is just as good as chemistry in 2nd Sem of college, is there but of no use. The trainers are selected basis on some lame documentation which is related to some points. Most of the trainers don't have basic communication skills. 2. Client Engagement is there but client treat Pinnacle like there labour and company and there so called higher management (Who are spine less) is always ready to give up everything. 3. Freshers are being recruited but at the cost of 50k bond with several meaning less clause which you get to understand once you have planned to resign. The CEO treat the employees like he had done a favor. You get to stuck at one similar kind of jobs from start till end there. 4. Detail knowledge can be gained but with zero utilization of those you end up with nothing but as a draftsman for engineers and contractors. Finally if you are looking for a career with no vision but some healthy pay and after 35-40 age you don't want job security you can go there and stay there. Rather option Pinnacle for 3-5 years and move to some different companies otherwise it will be very hard to move after that....Read More

While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.

Before appraisal month they commit for slab changes, good promotion and better appraisal but after appraisal month nothing will be materialized. Office politics peaks here. Management will treat you like a slave.
