Most pathetic thing is promotion policy. Here throughout a year your work and dedication will be priotize least, instead of that they conduct a quiz like exam and its mark are going to evalute. Which is surely wrong. I am not against the exam but it should be less priotize and one should be evaluted in the basis of work experince.

They treat everyone the same during the promotions (Even Donkeys are sitting at the Manager positions). The most incapable manager is 1. Mr . Arijit Sen Not a single employee likes him.
