Despite this, they failed to release any offer and completely ignored my follow ups via email and calls. This reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for candidates time and efforts. No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects
