Pros: Photon nourishes its BAs. Excellent process management. I have never felt insecure about my job and really had a wonderful work life balance with a good pay. Cons: Exit Interview process is terrible and Photon HR needs to understand that it is normal for an employee to drop paper in a company and move on. And you still have torespond to the emails about tax, experience letter and final settlement. Forget about the variable pay. Computer monitoring with active tracker software. Increasing the working hours to 9 hours. Compelling employees to come to office on Saturdays or on holidays when the Month has more Gov't holidays coincidentally.

Work Details

90% of the job was done during covid period. Mostly WFH. So, you know how a WFH in an IT company goes. Additionally, the active trackers will monitor you and report the time you spent on the computer to HR. working hours has been increased to 9 hours

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
