Ha Ha Ha Ha I really thinking for the past 1 year about what is good at this company. May the sword will always be on your head to through you out from the company so that eventually you will work more. Let's say 16/17 hours a day. They are really worried about your health so they will ask to work at the weekend so that you will not spoil your health at the party on the weekend. They don't want you to be stuck in traffic so they will ask you to stay late at night in the office. They really care about your career so they always ensure you focus on the work and will not have enough time for your personal problems. They also care about doctors in Bangalore, so they really ensure that you have at least monthly visits there. In WLB, L is silent. If you are frustrated with your wife, at least you should join because Photon will help you to get rid of your wife. And there are many more. I was blocked from the company unannounced as they have have called up one day out of the blue to get me resigned from the company without any prior notice, and they are not complying to the policy by communicating through the offical channels Just called me and threatened me to get me resigned by myself or else "there will be an issue in the BGV"

Culture, leadership, HR, prospects, employee treatment, HR policies are all PATHETIC. the founders show their power and take all the decisions even peep into project matters being at senior management level. PATHETIC is not the right word, if there is something more worst consider that before joining

They are asked to resigned from employees, if employees not resigned they will black mail like not provide feedback and proper experience letters are not given. Here don't have much projects they will recruit 20-30 people per project, if project completed they will terminate

They just money minded.. they hire for Billing purpose only.. they has supporting projects only no new projects.. so they hire u for just 2-6 months of the project.
