I am gaining a wide work exposure since the day I joined this place as a BDE. Now, I am designated as a manager for BD dept. I would say progress and growth is for sure. You will get it, but you need to prove your worth with your efforts. You need to stand out from others and showcase your professional qualities. I am getting many opportunities to interact with clients directly. It’s something which is more crucial in my field. Practically, having such opportunity is an advantage. This has upgraded my confidence level of handling and dealing with clients. I am happy for what I am experiencing here.
