Ha Ha Ha Ha I really thinking for the past 1 year about what is good at this company. May the sword will always be on your head to through you out from the company so that eventually you will work more. Let's say 16/17 hours a day. They are really worried about your health so they will ask to work at the weekend so that you will not spoil your health at the party on the weekend. They don't want you to be stuck in traffic so they will ask you to stay late at night in the office. They really care about your career so they always ensure you focus on the work and will not have enough time for your personal problems. They also care about doctors in Bangalore, so they really ensure that you have at least monthly visits there. In WLB, L is silent. If you are frustrated with your wife, at least you should join because Photon will help you to get rid of your wife. And there are many more. Worst management, threat employees to send resignation mail within 30 mins else salary will be stopped. Immediate fire. Daily monitoring by prohance even for 5 mins breaks calculated as non productive. Company politics. No proper salary, hikes. If u claim insurance they will hold atleast 2 month, instead of return money as Immediate.
