Team culture is good and you can expect to get good promotions.

Dislikes

Very poor company culture. The senior management is very much self interested and openly lies to the employees. Although you can get good promotion, you wont get any hike

Feeling Stuck in the same company, Exp. people please answer

I have been working in the stainless steel pipe industry in B2B sales for the past 5 years as an ASM. However, I feel stuck due to low pay (₹4.6 LPA). My financial condition is okay, but I am hesitant to switch jobs because I worry about the work culture in a new company and how I will adjust if it is not good. I have received an offer from a small organization (a trader) with a better pay scale, but they do not provide benefits like PF, salary slips, or other basic facilities that my current company offers. Should I join this organization or wait for another opportunity? Please guide me. Also, if you have any references that could help me get a better opportunity with a salary hike, I would appreciate it. Would you like advice on this situation?
