Chalo koi baat nahi but when it comes to leaving the company they'll ask you to return 5k per month for the number of months you worked with them and that's mentioned secretly in the contract. The work culture is so pathetic that they will call you at 11:30 in the night and ask you to organise a meeting with client which will last till 3AM and then they expect you to report on time in the office at 10am.
