Poor policy with worst mindset. In learning period you get stiphen but after that there is many hidden policy that you never thought.

Nothing.just ask yourself why they want to give you 4lpa when interview is so easy.

Dislikes

Too much hidden policy that you discory evey step,like: Interview:night shift(6-1.30 pm),only 3leaves in training period,above 3 days you have to pay fine. Joining day:your shift is not 6-1:30 its 6-2.30 pm,no mobile inside office,no contact with friends and family. Working days: 4lpa is too far,you hardly making money. When leaving job:you ask yourself why do i join?definetly ask yourself.
