Only infrastructure is good at Persistent Otherwise nothing seems to be in favour of employees.

Job security is 0%. Training period was unpaid which was 6 months and even after giving your 100% they won't hire you if there is no requirement.I will suggest for freshers persistent is not the option for you .If you have any other offer go for it even if it's a startup but don't believe in persistent systems.
