This is one of the Wrost IT company for Freshers .where freshers are mentally Harashed, discrimination on the basis of Religion "Aisa hai ke Dusre ka Chaatna hai to is Company me jaao".If you want to Complain about this to their HR.You will laugh that HR and Leads they just Try to Convence yo to not file Complaint and make a Political Agenda and make to soooo Frustrated that it could let you to attempt SUCIDE and the best part is that Their lead offer you that they will provide good salary and increment to Convence you and once they feel that ok you are convinced then within week you will get Resignation letter by Company itself and if not ,they will give Termination by saying the Poor Performance issue.Never join this Company it's a bloody Loop and you will definitely going to Feel heal in this organization. There is nothing that I liked except the one event that they conducted along with the marathon competition.

Dislikes

No proper communication regarding project allocation. Was made to sit in the bench for more than a year. At the end just gave a mini project assignment just for a formality and made me to forcefully resign. Worst situation ever. Gave false hopes of allocating into project and didn't do a thing.

Work satification 0. They will show attraction JD and mention like need a developer for development. In interview L1 and L2 asking all bout coding and technical knowledge. Finally they will deploy less years experience developer do testing . developer need to do testing instead of development work. I don't know why They don't hire testing person for testing.
