This is one of the Wrost IT company for Freshers .where freshers are mentally Harashed, discrimination on the basis of Religion "Aisa hai ke Dusre ka Chaatna hai to is Company me jaao".If you want to Complain about this to their HR.You will laugh that HR and Leads they just Try to Convence yo to not file Complaint and make a Political Agenda and make to soooo Frustrated that it could let you to attempt SUCIDE and the best part is that Their lead offer you that they will provide good salary and increment to Convence you and once they feel that ok you are convinced then within week you will get Resignation letter by Company itself and if not ,they will give Termination by saying the Poor Performance issue.Never join this Company it's a bloody Loop and you will definitely going to Feel heal in this organization. No transperancy ..Just think that your lead is Convence you to not attempt SUCIDE....Read More
