Would be happy if permanent work from home option is given for permanent employees so that productive hours wasted in commuting can be utilised productively.

Company & culture good but management level not good.

Dislikes

I observed in my experience management level not good in the IT sector. Special age of 50+ person they just safe our jobs doesn't matter they have good knowledge and experience.
