The organisation needs improvement in multiple aspects - culture, communication, setup and following of processes. At the current setup, it lacks direction and culture to keep it sustainable. Hiring and firing seems to be a rut that HR and management is stuck in.

The only thing that is good is that you get to learn from amazing leads and seniors, depends on the project. Work pressure is not that much.

Worst management, worst managers. No appreciation for work done. No proper system of working. So much of politics. Micromanagement. No flexibility for work. You will find the worst HRs in this company only. Very less salary, no hikes. No job security, you might get last working day mail out of blue. No proper projects. There is nothing that I like about my company. A place where you can chit chat with your manager and team if you have good communication skills. A best place for freshers from Hyderabad only if they can have no commitments except their work and your salary looks like a good figure from an angle.

There will be only one person in the entire team who handles the project and remaining people just stay calm and do gossips on the working person. If you are the only person who is talented in your team, no one will care for you. No option of giving work from home unless you have a cool manager. Your skill set is of no matter, join only if you believe you can learn and work on any given task. Never ever expect hikes, instead you can expect termination when ever you feel you wanted to be terminated. We have such people on the floor who can make this happen. Never over work if you are a fresher because one day your efforts will be credited to your team lead. TL says that he was the one who is been training you since X months. Note that no TL/employee has the capacity to train you, due to lack of communication skills and vocal power. CEO is too involved in Jira level and wasting money he is earning from IT to new flop films People media is producing. Poorly paying freshers and too much work pressure. Do not join. Study for 1/2 months more and prepare good and crack other interview, but don't join this company
