Learning the nuances of Pega Platform will increase the number of opportunities for techno functional roles like BA, Product Owner, Product Manager etc. Stable versions of the platform are used to run many applications across famous multinational companies. So overall a good ecosystem to be a part of.

Dislikes

Dislike the work culture in my specific team which is toxic. There is a lot of work and it becomes unmanageable that you end up in borderline depression. Long timers only make life tough for new comers. Not all teams may be like this. But my experience is what I can speak about. Work Details

There is scope for learning a lot when you enter a new team and a new area of work. But there is a day job with a lot of meetings and work that your learning takes a back seat. Overall, it's a pretty average experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
