Always stick to latest technology

Dislikes

Sudden layoffs and surprises. It has zero percent job security and every year they remove employees suddenly to leave for the day permanently and they do very confidentially. Your job is always at risk and in managers hand

Only good thing about Pegasystems is its pay benifits, like food is free @lunch before the WFH norms and doing pega certifications at free of cost. But rest all are terrible.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

This company is know to fire its employees each and every year. Either they will intimate you to resign before hand or terminate you on the same day of intimation. Only high performing employees are safe, but even few of them are fired. Job security is zero. Work pressure is also high.
