Food facility is awesome. One can learn about pega technology in depth

Higher Management is poor they do not have any knowledge how to run company. Micro management in each work Favouritism for appraisal There is nothing more one can learn except pega. Leave policy is not employees friendly. Reporting manager doesn't care about their team more individual and think about own growth only. Now pega is no more grate place to work after 2020

The appraisal was done based on my years of experience in the organization. My manager did not consider my effort to complete tasks effectively and on timely manner. Moreover I wanted work from home because of my father's illness which was not approved by the manager. So, I decided to left the organization. But it is a great organization to work.

Terrible work culture and managers. Micro management is prevalent in across the org. Managers are toxic and don't respect you personal life. Hikes are below the inflation percent 2-3%. Even though they say they have hybrid model, manager forces everyone to come to office daily even though they themselves are not there.

Unlimited leave policy is a hoax and you never get to avail it as managers and clients wouldn't let you to. Calls themselves product based but runs a consulting and service division. Trying to be the jack of all trades but good for none. No learning apart from Pega Technology.
