Mine was an involuntary exit on the basis of Management opinion basis only and I have no shame in mentioning it here. And I moved pretty silent accepting the blames! - I had a incompetent Manager who had a biased opinions majorly and never sat with the team. Basically a woman who had too much of over comfort of being in the same organization since past 13+ years. She was sitting in Bangalore and the rest of the team was sitting in Hyderabad. - People who are in the organization since long, just stay cautious from them. (throughout the organization) - Kissing the boots of management will take you places. - OOTB is only in the product reference but never encouraged in thinking of an employee. If you think and do suggest (irrespective if it is good or a bad idea) you are bellittled. - Is, was and always will be a wrong career path if you already are the technology practitioner. - I joined in PSE/PAE level, if you are being offered any lower position, can sustain, on higher roles, just don't join would be the suggestion!
