Sometimes working hours can be long but it's equally rewarding. Work life balance can be a downside and very limited flexibility of work. They do have lots of experts and huge engineering capabilities to deliver large projects. Work Quality is not compromised and good chance to learn.

Work life balance. No Work flexibility.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
