Not a single time any leader taught me about seo, what they do, how they looks for things, we only have to do research either from YouTube or Google it. How will an employee understand how the corporate uses seo and other for their use.

90% things I dislike because I joined the company to grow my skills and utilise my skills and in the starting of the interview I told them about my interest but they were just using the employee just to create backlining that's it nothing I learned except that. They say we give freedom to be creative but no one will love the un-guided freedom.

I enjoy collaborating with the CEO and my team members at this company. What I find most appealing is the immediate support available whenever any project-related issues arise. Additionally, there's a culture of mutual assistance, where colleagues readily offer help without hesitation. In terms of time off, the company encourages prior notice for breaks or leave, and they are accommodating in granting them. I appreciate the flexibility to explore and learn new skills during my free time during the workday. There's a sense of pressure only when not actively engaged in work, otherwise, there's a supportive environment to tackle projects together.
