I enjoy collaborating with the CEO and my team members at this company. What I find most appealing is the immediate support available whenever any project-related issues arise. Additionally, there's a culture of mutual assistance, where colleagues readily offer help without hesitation. In terms of time off, the company encourages prior notice for breaks or leave, and they are accommodating in granting them. I appreciate the flexibility to explore and learn new skills during my free time during the workday. There's a sense of pressure only when not actively engaged in work, otherwise, there's a supportive environment to tackle projects together. As an intern, the initial salary starts at 5K, but there's an opportunity for significant increases, ranging from 7K to 10K, based on the quality and quantity of work completed....Read More

1. They do your Full and final settlement after 45 days from your last working day of their interns as well. 2. Stagnation growth after some point of time. 3. Salary/Stipend is meagre compared to different companies. 4. Stipend will remain at 5k as they have written 5-10k in their job description but that didn't give more than 5k.

I can't tell you about every department but i somehow Landed the best manager one could have asked for. You work, you learn. They help you with any doubts and take your ideas into consideration. Leaves are approved, just inform them prior and take care of the allotted work. It was work from home and i didn't need to work more than the working hours.

Dislikes

Salaries and human resource at the company are comparatively low at the moment in marketing. They are just starting out and hopefully it will improve with time. I personally didn't feel any connection with he company as it was just two people i was in contact with my whole tenure.
