Weak and inconsistent values system. As a start-up, the sense of independence, innovation, focus and customer centricity is surprisingly lacking. Very strong biases towards certain individuals. No transparency on investors and ESOPs

It is a good company to work with if you are a fresher. Since it is a start-up, it expect the employees to be sharp and really smart. But you can go for it, if you are graduate and getting a chance to work here. It also gives you the opportunity to interact regularly with thier CEOs and other big people in the organisation. The job security is not there in this company. It laid me off after three months of working since I could not work as per their expectations. Go there only if you are interested in HR domain.
