It has Good environment also there is good management, and I got good promotion within 2 years, all the trainers and managers are very corporative with all the employees and grandly we celebrate all the functions, and there is 5 days working but sometime when the work load is more we have to work on Saturday

Dislikes

Work from home some time it is not available and there is no travelling facility

I personally like environment of company. Teams and managers are very kind & supportive. We learn new things here. The important thing is that fresher have great opportunity to build there career in osource.

Dislikes

There is no work from home policy & No mediclaim facility for parents.

Manager's are helpful and supportive HR team is also helpful company always think better for employees so many options for learning

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
