There is no work-life balance in this company if your team manager is Parvej. He is egoistic and forces employees to work 11 to 12 hours daily. The official office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if you are in Parvej's team, you will be required to work long hours every day. It has Good environment also there is good management, and I got good promotion within 2 years, all the trainers and managers are very corporative with all the employees and grandly we celebrate all the functions, and there is 5 days working but sometime when the work load is more we have to work on Saturday

I am working in this company since 1 year . Management & work environment here is pretty good. The thing I like the most here is our safety and job security. HR make sures that our problems are never unheard and our issues are resolved. Staff is really supportive. Almost every festival is celebrated with very enthusiasm.
