Its a corporate MNC so I loved the corporate culture and the office ambience.

Dislikes

They make us sit in bench for a very long time and eventually ask us to retire voluntarily. I was with one of the worst manager(Mr.PremKumar) who treated only his favorable employees. I wasted my 2 yrs of my early career in Orion and laid-off without any experience in work. still now i did not get any job and no one care about a middle-class fresher's life. No job security CURSE YOUU !!!!

You get job security, when you put paper they mostly try to convince you give what you want.

Dislikes

No career growth, in coimbatore all the projects are support projects, I was working in support projects only for 2+ years . They implement some corporate cunning tricks in appraisal. ex. if you get 1L increment in that 75K will be Variable pay/ Bonus, you will get that in quarter-wise only, also for that you need to prove your skills for upcoming duration to get the defined bonus.
