The only good factor is Work-life balance is good and on other hand, it forces you to go in your comfort zone which is very bad. No one will force you to stay longer in office. If you know buttering this is the right place for you my dear friend. Flexible working hours

NO(zero) onsite. NO growth or rare promotions. Salary appraisal 7-10% at max, again it depends on Mgr, how they distribute the fund among the team members. A lot of politics in every corner of the company. Managers don't value individuals' strengths, which is what I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. Managers are very biased, they only favour their favourite ones. No work from home policy. And the worst part is there is no provision of Sabbaticals for Indian Employees.
