The company follows processes rigidly. Everything has a clear paper trail, there is not even a remote possibility of underhanded stuff. Everything is organised.

Dislikes

1. Too much power held by upper management. Decisions are taken without lower level people even being present in the room. This is horrible since upper management consists of ageing people who have no idea of current design/UX trends. 2. Horrible compensation given by one of the top 10 earning IT companies in India. 3. They give you average reviews in your yearly review even if you have done a stellar job, just so that they don't have to increase your salary too much. 4. No career growth. I got 1 promotion in 4 years even though I had more knowledge than people 5 years more experienced than me. 5. No passion for coding in this place. The attitude is just "get the requirement done by hook or crook, we don't care about good quality code." 6. Horrible attempts at inclusivity, especially in Chennai office. North Indians who are hired at Chennai all complain of being left out and depressed, and leave within 2 years. Why hire people from outside your state if you make no efforts to create a good work environment for them? 7. Cutthroat culture when it comes to collaboration.
