Using all new technologies, one can get a very good skills upgrade.

Work life balance - you have to start your day calls at 8 AM which will go till 11-12 Midnight, the last call of the day. Due to onshore offshore model, most you will be in calls all morning, evening and night. Work Culture: one of the worst I have seen, micro management, there is no freedom< /mark>.
