Very Good Product base company , the best part is work Life balance and no macro management of hours & reporting. Lots of Training and calendar events all year to notch up your skills and explore white areas. Various events w.r. to Innovation and ideas throughout the year to work on your ideas apart from daily routine stuff.

Job or Offer

I have almost 8Y experience, having Offer of 38LPA from Optum. Current CTC is 25LPA with WFH. I negotiated this offer against my brother's job in current company. He has 6Y gap after graduation. Not having technical expertise. So o decided to stay in company with no monetary negotiations, but the job of my brother. Will it be a wise decision?
