Cost Cutting, the company is fooling employees in the name of the bright idea ( they are saving large amount and the associate ending up getting 50r/s USB cable. Too many Internal politics.

Responsible for Strict 8.5 hours, they have started tracking (monitor DAM) if the mouse is inactive to 1 min - you should be able to justify why you were idle for 1 min.
