Nothing, realised after 7 years that employee is not valued here.

Was hired as QA , worked in QA process. Due to automation was moved. They believed that i will process claims without any issues. But i had no sme no helps but only a rude & egoistic manager. She developed personal grudges which i could feel very easily. We were threatened to come to office. Were asked to do mandatory OT. Stretch onweekends , holidays to complete task by her. And if one fails to perform in this dynamic, daily Sop changing process he will be kicked out. His performance from last so many years is a utter wastage for them. Job security is zero here now. Many higher management has left as its not same organisation now. HR has no backbone of its own. They do as are asked to do by process owners. To my wonder when i was told i m not performing, I thought if i was so incompetent how could I survive for so many years. How & Why i was hired ?? Its so true Employees don’t leave companies they leave managers. And here 9 left , rather I should say we’re forced to quit....Read More
