Old employees do not allow new employee to settle, they work as per there time, new employees have to adjust with there time. New employees they select to use for PIP and expel from organization. Interview process is faulty, they interview on different tech stack and asked to work on different. Good for bachlors, not for family people. Once failed in PIP they remove you in one day without any compensation, if you came across PIP, before they start, you resign, so you will get 3 months for preparation. There is no job security here. I worked 4years alone on 20+ AEM portals. By mistakenly there was wrong claim of around 2000 difference. They terminated me 7days before my Variable pay (5L) paycheck and also they didn't compensate on this termination.

No job security. Their policy is use&throw when they have to pay huge payment in paychecks. Especially variable payment time (20% of package)

Huge work, no work life balance. You need to work in US shift timings. You have to develop and support your apps even in weekends. You have to work till 12 or 1 am and you have to available for support work from early morning 6am 😂
