As such i liked how they provide hybrid model and incentives but

The hybrid model is just for the sake of it. They will insist u to take leaves and stuff if not following the RTO days, leads here are micromanaging things and moreover it is suffocating to work in here. There are few exceptions given to few privileged users. Leads are not even onboard on good projects as a result doing stupid pettythings, professionalism here starts with laughing like maniacs and doing favours. The work life balance is near to 0. And also ur health will surely deteriorate after spending a good 2 years here...Read More
