It is a good organisation to work in in terms of the skills we develop and company has a great work life balance.

Dislikes

The whole system is heavily skewed in terms of exposure. Most of the exposure is with the US counterparts we work with. The Indian teams are very limited in terms of their exposure.

Work Details

Work policy: Need to do 10 days a month. No weekly restrictions yet.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
