Less work pressure , people give priority to health .

Dislikes

They don't reduce the notice period even a single day and thus an automatic compulsion is created to stay in the company , in case you are looking to change your job for career growth

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
