My career growth was in optimus. It knew me who I am ? My incentives was too good. 10 years back I resigned my job. Now, I am searching job if optimus have opening sure I may join there. I liked that BPO.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
