only bad experience of getting shouting i have to say here

I have a very very bad experience working with this company. There is no process. We are assigned to one team. This team is for 2 or 3 custoers. Full day they will keep changing what to work on priority. When we give any profile account manager will just send to client and sit like that. They have no courage to follow up with client. When client takes time and come back candidate are lost. Then they escalate fully. Finally they say that I did not perform. Every day is a problem working here. They shout at us. Treat very poor. In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
