I liked all of it about 1 year ago. Company people was friendly. Company Growing. Training opportunity was there. People treated well. All that changed in 2023 dont know what happened

They have a very bossy nature. People are treated like shit. Management create strong border between people saying one level should not talk to another level except for work reasons. So very hieracrchical. And this is a small company in India. Very small company may be 1500 people. Now company is becoming even small . I cant name people who are doing this. Just to protect them and wont be nice so only. But the management is blind they themself. Anyways to build your career dont enter this company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I hated all except the above. Poor support from seniors in company. I am a data developer. I was hired for client site project. when client said project over they asked me to resign and leave job. I went and spoke to my account manager. she did not help. I asked can i speak to data skill seniors in company. There is no one in the company like that it seems. In between they called many of us some months back and said there is a data practice we are part of that and they will give growth path. They said we will all be asked to do poc for many clients and interviews and all when needed. Now when I ask account manager she says no one seniors like that. They gave 3.5 lacs additional CTC so I did not join a big India IT company

They offer good salary but there is so much questions about future. I joined in Dec 2021. I was put in a client project. Once they put in client project they wont meet us. So hard to reach anyone in company for payslip doubt insurance doubt. Account Manager was not of help. HR we are able to reach. They also do calls ebery month. problem started this year. No hike came (rs 9000 annual hike for 15 lac salary level). When ask they said company did not make profits so we are giving less hike. They keep on saying many people in company got zero hike but I got some some hike. In appraisal client rated me the best still no hike. Now my project is getting over and company said me to exit same date in october when client is releasing me from project. I myself then asked client for extending, they say they cannot do extending for optimum company resources as we are no more vendor here. I ask manager if they know it before. They said yes, They know this for long time but did not work to look for another project for me. They kept billing and now fired me. Now I am rushing to find a job. Parent company is singapore-based. Has very good list of clients. Option to switch clients without leaving the company. Pay is good. Job security and work-life balance depends on the client and the project.

No proper internal process. No employee portal or such similar to MNCs. Only recenly they added a cms portal but its like it is developed by some noobs essentially making unusable. So details like Salary slips, leaves, etc everything is maintained by mail by HR. Health insurance is okayish and also covers only individuals. Doesn't cover parent dependants. Salary can be low sometimes if not negotiated properly. Depends on each individuals. So there can be vast difference in salaries for the same skillset and same experience....Read More
