I really liked their offer process and first day/week induction. They looked efficient. This was in May 2022.

Beyond the initial joining it was a major disappointment. When I joined in Pune I was told there are so many bank clients in the city and after my project is over it is very easy to find another role. I am a Automation Tester. When client told my project will get over in Sep 2023 the company did not even bother to contact me and discuss about this. They just called and said the project is over and I must resign and leave the company. I was shocked. When I asked about another project company people told just resign now and later if you get selected you can cancel the resignation. Is this way to treat employee? Very unprofessional team in Pune. If you interact with this company in Pune just run away. I recently told 4 of my friends who I refered to this company sometime back to just not take offer in this company as they will spoil jobs....Read More

It is staffing company. They hire 1 person for 1 project and one position.If project or position close No other project . Once you are deployed at client location it is very hard to connect employer. If you ask about appraisal they didn't reply. After joining No increments no feedback's.

I was hired as a developer in a major bank project. The optimum company people did not care about billing people like us. We get a theoptimum.tech email address. Company management people have theoptimum.net address. No one explained why there are 2 different email address within same company. They used to call us for interview panel work. But after first 2-3 times they stopped paying us any incentive to do interview. They will call during weekday weekend all the time. Still I did many interviews for them. However when client said project over they gave me notice to leave company. I accommodated company requests whenever they need help. But when time came they promptly fired me. Very cheap attitude people. I dont know other locations but Pune team is very bad. My recommendation is not join them....Read More

3 of us who joined this company different times went thru above (we all join from same company). All of us were exited from company. This is from the Pune location of office. First we thought the first person who got exit was slightly weak in skill may be he did not got project. When second and third of our group exit we know this is the pattern of this company. Most of them in the company will be exit for some reason. They use and throw. Very little people get next project. Dont think you will have many projects. Hire and FIre is all the company does in Pune. My mistake only in joining them. I have at least been to their pune office. Given the lies they say I dont even know if they actually operate in other cities like they claim.

This company has not background in Banking products. They hired me for a Senior BA role in Markets for a specific client. They said they work with many other products like Murex, Calypso etc. for many other banks. I was sold inot this and joined them. After joining after 1 year when ask for project change they said to wait. Now client has said project over and the company is telling they have no other project in Pune. I asked about all the other clients they said they work with. New manager is telling the company has never had so many clients. They are just telling full lies and hiring people. I am asked to find another job now and I will exit in October. Client team said wait 3 months I will hire you. Not sure what future holds....Read More

Joined in Pune last year 2022 beginning. They have a very small 10 people office inn kharadi. I was in project client site. Any thing to ask the company, HR peoples answered well. Pune Account manager team was not responsive. Salary doubt and all HR and Finance will answer. but project difficulty, another project discussion and allno one was able to help me. Client told contract is over. Immediately company also gave termination notice to me. When I ask another project they say they have no other project. I was ready to relocate. Then also they said no project. It is a big shock to me. We came for long term jobs to this company but they throw us out when project over. Good Work life Balance. Work only at client site no internal company interaction so less managers to take care. Bad in hikes. No onsite given like promised.

The company is in Pune. Projects are challenging but allow good work life balance. All of us are deployed at client site. Good thing is no additional manager team to report. Bad part is you will have to call / email for anything few times before Optimum manager responds. My project was going well. Somehow client told after 1.5 yearsno more budget is there for my role. I was released from project. Suddenly Optimum Pune team call me in March and say project is over so leave the company. I said I can do any project still I was given notice from company to force resign. When client project ends they give notice to employee. Very tough time I had and I just landed another job recently. Last 2 years were good, they treated us well but suddenly in few weeks the whole things is changed after client project release. As long as there is billing they keep you. Many things are not good here. First is people treatment. Before I joined they were behind me for offer but once joined they never contact you. So although I joined this as IT company came to know they are just payroll people. They try to say they have projects but when ask for change they will speak very rough and say do your work.After my client contract notice came when I ask project change that time they say no project and gave me end date in company in October month. I had one of the worst experiences in this company. Till you join the account manager will be behind you. Once you join they never speak to you. I joined in Pune just 3 months ago for a new client of this company. The payroll company optimum has no idea what we do. Client team also is very confused and they are doing trial and error, this causes design changes and keep on extending timeline. Client is not agreeing that they are now only doing poc. They claim they know what they are building but wont take our recommendations. reality is it is not true. In this new work environment I am just going to leave. I will not making any more new recommendation. Another thing is the pressure from payroll company to chase and get an review online about company. After so much lack of taking care they want review. A very cheap company. They want only billing. When client release they will also release. I joined in Pune in 2021. WOrked very hard for the company. I stretched whenever needed sometime doing 36 hour non stop work also for production implementations every 3 or 4 motnhs . I work directly with client, No one in company is reachable if you ask any help. No help for admin thing. No help for training. The administration team which is account manager, hr people, finance all are having one kind of email address theopimum.net. We people in client project get theoptimum.tech email address. They say 1 company but give different email address. There is something not right about this. Dont know if they are running 2 company under 1 name or what is going on. While this is on day to day part the last problem just came. Client said project contract will be over in few days. After some time I get call from admin peoples or HR saying contract is over and i should resign and leave. I said I wont resign so they gave notice to exit saying I must now go out.
