I worked for 8 months with a client called CTOS for Optimum infosystem. The initial working and team bonding was all great. However whenever we ask any questions that puts the client uncomfortable they will start raising lower critical items like come to work daily, attend all calls from office like that. Things will be good for another 1 or 2 weeks and again the cycle will repeat. My payroll company optimum has no one who understands this working. Any problem raised by client means they will not defend us they will just go with what client says. Now the client is releasing people left right and middle. In this company they just keep you till billing is there. They gave me notice to leave next month. The same day client project is over they will throw out. I asked for just 2 more months time. They are rude and say they wont provide experience letter if I fight for my date. I dont have choice now.
