The top management is very supportive, which grows in the company culture. People are eager to help you even if it is cross-team. No politics only work matters in your appraisal cycle.

Dislikes

The company has fewer resources, which creates work pressure. You will see your manager is working more than 14 hours a day and that automatically set the expectation. There is less chance to gain industry knowledge outside your regular work.

Work Details

It is a fantastic place to work, grow and meet really interesting and polite people. My CEO was the humblest and most supportive leader I ever worked with.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
