They will call and say your access will be gone within few hours in Jan month . And congratulations you are laid off . Even if your performance is good in PIP . They will prepare some mutual agreement and you have to sign it . And your last working day will be after 2 months.

No mobility between teams. Kind of stuck to same team forever. Pay is well . Tech stack can be legacy since most are legacy products Integrated with aquired products.

Company policies, learning opportunities, latest technology adoption, CEO Mark is very optimistic about company, has frequent sessions with employees to engage , gives about org level updates, Transport facility, Free food and snacks, goodies on certain occasions, well defined process and timelines for product releases, many more

Work life balance can be improved, mandatory 3-days at office, no job security especially for acquired employees, layoffs are done every 3-6 months, while hiring new talent at same time (which is actually good sign of rebalancing)
