Salary comes on time, that's the only good thing here.

- There is no hierarchy, directly reporting to the owner. - Mobiles are not allowed and need to submit at the security desk even before entering the office (only IT team is allowed mobiles) and there is neither any reason nor any logic behind this policy. - No PF, No Medical insurance, No any other benefits, just live with your salary. - The focus is simply on hitting the numbers and saving as much money as possible. - There is no thinking of way ahead and no attention is given to the growth and stability of the business. - No value of your hard work, No allowance for overtime. - No Employee Satisfaction, No Appraisal, No Growth, No Job Security. - Atmosphere is highly negative....Read More

Work Details

The profile turned out completely opposite of what I had expected. Once in a while, pathetic tasks are given which will drain you out mentally.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
