Job Security is good. You have a less chance to be fired. Work Culture and Management is also good , they treat you as humans in office. No Company policies exists as such except they will do everything for you not to join any other trading firm.( They wont increase your pay either)

Pathetic Work Life Balance. No place for appraisal . You complete a year today and your salary increases 1.5 years later. Not much growth in terms of career and learning except that you are in Gurgaon. Good thing is no Politics . All are equal.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are helping. Party and traveling and other chilling. Company policy are good they give good salary hike and bonusevey year. All star are helpful.

Salary is not decent. Career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
