Job Security is good. You have a less chance to be fired. Work Culture and Management is also good , they treat you as humans in office. No Company policies exists as such except they will do everything for you not to join any other trading firm.( They wont increase your pay either)

Pathetic Work Life Balance. No place for appraisal . You complete a year today and your salary increases 1.5 years later. Not much growth in terms of career and learning except that you are in Gurgaon. Good thing is no Politics . All are equal.
