If you focus on your work then there are people other than lead who observe you as well to help you with your growth and that does not matter about politics. If you are performer then no one can drag you back.

Dislikes

Salary distrubution process. Thus must be on last working day of each month. Appraisal must be on time. There must be some certification from company side to boost and motiviate employees.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
