As a company it does not value the employee 's time and their hard work put on the work for the upliftment and there is no job security at all they can terminate a employee at any time without and prior notice and not giving valued reason for termination management always stands with the executives not for the employee overall the company doesn't stand for the words which were promised during time of hiring...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
