To be very honest there is nothing I liked in this company as a software developer, maybe other departments must be good

HR team is very poor, my first day was so boring they made us sit in a meeting room and told us to do all the formality, No office tour nothing, I got the laptop on 4th day. Now coming to my experience here, The higher management is very poor, they don’t have understanding of any project they take or I can say they don’t have expertise in software development their 3 major projects was big failure and they can change scope of the project anytime putting u on bench and after that within a month u can expect a termination mail...Read More
