I had my ups and downs but the support and the trust on my capabilities from the Heads and my manager made me go forward. They hired a person and fired them within 2 months, because they don't have project. If you don't have the project, then why did you hire them? Popular for Hire and Fire Policy, Recently a DGM worked for nearly 2 years, been layed off with 15 days notice by putting in PIP. This is ridiculous, he worked hard for the organization growth but organization forgot that. Don't Join here and loose your career....Read More

I would advise against joining this organization based on my experience. During my time there, they had no projects or clients to work on. Employees were forced to resign without notice, and there was no job security. Instead of being given meaningful work, they would place you on the bench, and then set up random interviews that had no relevance to your domain. If you didn’t clear them, you were let go. The HR team, particularly Saranya and Priyanka in the Chennai branch, lacked professionalism and treated employees poorly, with a condescending attitude. There was a clear lack of morale and respect, especially at the Chennai office, which made the work environment toxic. I spent 10 months in this company, during which I was mentally drained by constantly being assigned tasks outside my area of expertise. The constant shifting between domains hindered my career growth, and I feel it was a waste of time. If you value your career and well-being, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere....Read More
